This policy explains how Jassol (“Jassol”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit jassol.net or contact us. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website and respond to you.

• Inquiries you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company and message.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role, we process your CV and the information you choose to share.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we don’t do

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not run third-party analytics or embed social-media trackers.
• Fonts and assets are served from our own domain, not third-party CDNs.
• We never sell your personal data.

Your colour-theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

Why we use your data

We use inquiry and application data only to respond to you, discuss potential work or employment, and keep a record of our correspondence. Our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you initiate.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers (for example, website hosting, email and, where enabled, a form-delivery service). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and safeguards, including for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, and job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond.
